Pasta with Vegetables
Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup sliced zucchini
1/2 cup sliced mushroom
1/2 cup chopped basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Freshly ground black pepper
1 cup cooked whole grain pasta
Preparation
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet.
- Sauté the tomato, zucchini, mushroom, basil, and garlic over medium-high heat until tender.
- Season with pepper.
- Serve the pasta topped with the vegetables.
