Roasted Chicken

Ingredients

1 skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
Cooking spray

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (or 180°C)
  2. Coat chicken with cooking spray
  3. Sprinkle with sage and rosemary
  4. Roast for 35 minutes

If you’d rather start with a cold oven, turn the oven to 350°F (or 180°C) when you put the chicken in. Remember to add 10-15 minutes to the cooking time.
