Salmon Salad

Ingredients

2 ounces grilled or canned salmon
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup sliced mushroom
1 cup chopped lettuce
1 tablespoon reduced-calorie dressing

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, toss the salmon, onion, tomato, carrot, and mushroom with the lettuce.
  2. Add the dressing and mix well.
