Tuna Melt

Ingredients

1/4 cup water-packed white tuna
1 tablespoon chopped red onion
1 tablespoon chopped pickle
1 tablespoon reduced-calorie or soy mayonnaise
1 slice whole wheat bread
1 ounce cheddar, soy or low-fat cheddar cheese

Preparation

  1. Mix the tuna with the onion, pickle, and mayonnaise.
  2. Spoon the mixture onto the bread and top with the cheese.
  3. Broil for 1–2 minutes or until cheese melts.
