Hot Veggie Pita Sandwich
Ingredients
3 cups chopped vegetables
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 whole wheat pita
1 ounce shredded soy cheese
Cooking spray
Preparation
- Coat a large skillet with cooking spray.
- Sauté the vegetables, onion, and garlic over medium-high heat.
- Slice the pita in half and stuff each half with the mixture.
- Add cheese.
