Complaints Procedure

BALANCE respects the rights of clients and program participants to make complaints or suggestions regarding services or programs without reprisal. The preferred approach in resolving instructor/participant issues is for the participant to bring up a complaint or problem with their instructor. However, if the participant is not comfortable discussing directly with the instructor, or if the matter does not involve an instructor, the form below can be completed and will be reviewed by the Executive Director, who will respond within a reasonable time frame, as required by BALANCE policy.
