How to Use This Calendar
You can view this calendar in Grid or List format.
Grid view
Activities appear in a calendar layout by date. Open an event item to view more information and the registration link. If you use JAWS or NVDA, press Enter or use the right-click menu to access those details.
List view
Activities appear in a list, with the title, date, time, and description shown together. Because List view shows one date at a time, check the description to see whether an activity is a single event or part of a series or longer program.
Month
To look at a different month, use Previous and Next or choose a month from the menu.

By sharing our stories and listening to one another, we can learn valuable coping strategies and gain new perspectives. Throughout the program, we will also tap into resources through informative podcasts and discussions, introducing participants to support they might not have known about before. At the end of the 12 weeks, participants will leave with a sense of empowerment, equipped with more resources and deeper connections, and having integrated their experiences in a meaningful way.
