Canadian Centre for Accreditation (CCA)

BALANCE is accredited by the Canadian Centre for Accreditation (CCA), a national organization specializing in evaluating community-based health and social service organizations. BALANCE complies with CCA’s rigorous standards, with reaccreditation taking place every four years.

West Toronto Ontario Health Team (WTOHT)

West Toronto Ontario Health Team logo

BALANCE has been a member of the West Toronto Ontario Health Team (WTOHT) since 2019 and participated in the OHT application process. During the COVID-19 pandemic, BALANCE played a key role in supporting the wider OHT membership through our knowledge and insight related to people living with sight loss and other disabilities.

VisionServe Alliance (VSA)

BALANCE has been a member of VisionServe Alliance since 2017 and is currently the only Canadian organization in the consortium. VSA provides support to its member organizations and their CEOs and Executive Directors.

GTA Disability Coalition
