Join BALANCE for Blind Adults for a free virtual mental health session focused on the benefits of meditation and how it can help reduce stress and improve your well-being.
This 1-hour session will introduce simple and accessible meditation techniques designed to help you slow down, become more aware, and feel more balanced in your day-to-day life.
Whether you're completely new to meditation or just looking for a refresher, this session is open to all experience levels.
