Start your day off with some light stretches and deep breathing to help set the mood and tone for the week. A certified yoga instructor, Frances Wong will guide you through some gentle movements to wake the body up and then move into some breathwork to soothe the nervous system and prepare you for your day. The sessions are informal and intended to be short and sweet with time briefly at the beginning to check in and see how people are feeling. All you need is a chair without armrests to sit in and clothing that allows for easy movement.
