The BALANCE Pre-Employment Program (PEP) helps job seekers who are blind and partially sighted explore new ways to think about career planning and their job search.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand today’s job market: Build and leverage professional connections to uncover new opportunities.
- Develop self-awareness & build your personal brand: Define your unique strengths and professional identity.
- Enhance communication & interview skills: Learn how to present yourself with confidence.
- Improve workplace technology skills: Harness accessibility tools for career success.
- Connect with community Employment Service Providers and resources : Expand your professional network and achieve your career goals.
