How to Use This Calendar

You can view this calendar in Grid or List format.

Living with vision loss often brings unexpected changes and uncertainty, which can affect emotional well-being and confidence. While uncertainty can feel overwhelming, developing practical coping strategies can help build resilience and create a greater sense of control.

Join us for an interactive discussion exploring ways to navigate uncertainty, manage stress, and strengthen your emotional well-being. Together, we'll share strategies for adapting to change while connecting with others who understand the unique challenges of living with vision loss.

Facilitated by Melanie Marsden, Social Worker, this supportive workshop will provide practical tools and encourage meaningful conversation in a safe and welcoming environment.

    Together we will discuss:

    1. understanding how uncertainty can affect mental health and well-being
    2. practical strategies for managing stress and building resilience
    3. ways to adapt to change while maintaining a sense of confidence and connection
    4. sharing experiences and learning from others in a supportive environment
