Meet Your Instructor: Gil Dodick
Gil has been a certified personal trainer for more than 15 years and has been living with sight loss since his teens. As his sight has decreased over the past seven years, he has shifted his focus to working exclusively with people with disabilities. Fitness has played an important role in Gil's life, helping him build strength, confidence, and independence. He believes being blind or partially sighted does not have to be a barrier to being active and taking care of yourself.
Through this program, Gil hopes to create a supportive and enjoyable space where participants can move, get stronger, learn from one another, and explore different aspects of living a healthy and active life.
No matter your current fitness level, come as you are and move at your own pace. Come ready to move, connect, and discover your strength!
