January 26, 2026
Ready to move, breathe, and feel amazing in your own body? Join us for a beginner-friendly mat Pilates series — no experience required! Using gentle bodyweight exercises on the floor or seated, you’ll improve balance, mobility, core strength, and body awareness, all while having fun.
Across 8 weeks, you’ll learn Pilates basics like breath, alignment, and intentional movement. Each class builds gradually, helping you move with more ease, confidence, and strength in everyday life. By the end, you may even notice your posture improving, your core getting stronger, and your breath syncing beautifully with movement.
Your guide is Megan Jones, a certified mat Pilates instructor and strength coach with Body Positive Fitness. Megan creates a judgment-free, supportive space where you can move at your own pace, ask questions, and discover adaptations that work for you.
