Starting April 1, 2025, classes will take place every Tuesday from 1:00 – 2:00 PM at our new location: West Neighbourhood House – Lounge A These classes are designed to help improve balance, build strength, and support overall mobility in a welcoming and supportive environment. BALANCE for Blind Adults is excited to offer the final self-defence workshop of 2025, designed specially for you. In a supportive and accessible environment, you'll learn techniques to improve your safety, awareness, and confidence. What to bring: Yoga mat for Sunday’s session (affordable mats available at Dollarama for $5) Spaces are limited—register early to reserve your spot! Photo and video may be taken during the workshop for promotional use. Consent will be requested at the time of registration.
