BALANCE for Blind Adults is excited to offer the final self-defence workshop of 2025, designed specially for you. In a supportive and accessible environment, you'll learn techniques to improve your safety, awareness, and confidence.

What to bring: Yoga mat for Sunday’s session (affordable mats available at Dollarama for $5)
Note: Participants must attend all sessions.

Spaces are limited—register early to reserve your spot! Photo and video may be taken during the workshop for promotional use. Consent will be requested at the time of registration.
