A certified yoga instructor, Frances Wong will guide you through some gentle movements to wake the body up and then move into some breathwork to soothe the nervous system and prepare you for your day. The sessions are informal and intended to be short and sweet with time briefly at the beginning to check in and see how people are feeling.
