    Learn practical skills, move with confidence, and feel stronger.

    BALANCE for Blind Adults is offering a 2-day self-defence workshop designed specially for you. In a supportive and accessible environment, you'll learn techniques to improve your safety, awareness, and confidence.

    • Dates: Saturday, August 9 and Sunday, August 10, 2025
    • Time: 12:00 PM – 4:15 PM (includes a 15-minute break)
    • Location: Stan Meek Lounge, Lower Level, West Neighbourhood House
    • 248 Ossington Avenue, Toronto
    • What to bring: Yoga mat for Sunday’s session (affordable mats available at Dollarama for $5)

    Note: Participants must attend both days.
