3:00 pm: Communication is Key!3:00 pm: Communication is Key! – This 6-week program aims to reduce uncertainties and stress around communication in different contexts and give participants the opportunity to build their skills and practice in a safe setting. The tools and strategies that will be developed in this workshop include, but are not limited to, assertive communication, self-advocacy strategies, active listening, public speaking and creating a safe space. The goal is that at the end of this program, participants will be able to apply these skills in their everyday life and more actively engage in occupations that are important to them. zoom |
