Coffee Connections runs every Wednesday from 12:00pm to 1:00pm eastern time! It’s social. It’s different. It’s fun! This social group is a chance for us to gather, meet new people, share how you’re feeling, and to chat with others in the community. UpSkills for Work Workshops

BALANCE for Blind Adults will be once again facilitating ABC’s Life Literacy workshop - UP Skills for Work! Soft skills help you work well with others - at home, at work and in your community. In this weekly workshop, we will explore 9 soft skills. We will talk about:
- Why soft skills are important
- How soft skills relate to essential skills
- What it takes to improve your soft skills
- Some problem solving strategies for use in the home or the work place.
You’ll get the opportunity share your experiences and review your own soft skills. This program focuses on skills such as motivation, attitude, accountability, presentation, team work, and more! Spaces are limited. Please contact c.lopes@balancebfa.org for registration.
