This virtual program, which will take place over Zoom, will present topics such as using assistive technology in the workplace, networking, how to self-advocate, how you can overcome common job barriers, and much more! Following completion of the Zoom workshop, BALANCE will also provide you with ongoing support as you navigate Toronto-based employment service providers and employment opportunities, ensuring your unique needs are accommodated. All adults with a visual disability who are eligible to work in Canada, speak English, and are seeking employment, are able to participate in this program (subject to an intake interview).
